IdeeClară offers consulting and training services in the field of effective communication and professional presentations. Services include individual sessions, group workshops, and support materials, delivered both online and in person at our office at B-dul. Pădurii 274.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration, not to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of IdeeClară, and to use the services exclusively for legal purposes. Any attempt at fraud or abusive use of the platform will result in immediate suspension of access.
IdeeClară commits to providing services with professionalism and diligence, adhering to the assumed quality standards. We reserve the right to modify the session schedule or material content, with prior notification to participants, when objective circumstances require it.
IdeeClară's liability for any direct damage caused by non-performance of contractual obligations is limited to the total value of services paid by the user in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or business interruption, to the extent permitted by law.
Service prices are clearly displayed before order completion. Full refunds are granted only for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session start. In case of force majeure, the parties agree to reschedule without additional costs. All transactions are processed securely, and financial data is not stored on our servers.
The user may request termination at any time by written notice to the email address info@emmagpresenting.com. IdeeClară may unilaterally terminate the contract in case of a serious breach of terms, without being obliged to refund amounts for the unperformed period. After termination, confidentiality and non-compete obligations remain in effect for a period of 2 years.
These conditions may be updated periodically. Users will be informed at least 30 days in advance via email or a notification on the site. Continued use of services after the changes come into effect constitutes acceptance of them.
